1. Service Description

AI Maze Generator is a free online platform that provides maze generation, solving, and gameplay experiences. The Service includes:

• 10 Game Modes — Campaign, Daily Challenge, Time Attack, Fog of War, Optimal Path, Memory Maze, Shrinking Maze, Dark Maze, Multiplayer, and Maze Generator
• Maze Generation — Algorithmic maze creation with customizable sizes, shapes (square, hexagonal, circular, triangular), and difficulty levels
• PDF Export — Download and print generated mazes as PDF documents
• Multi-language Support — Interface available in 9 languages
• Local Leaderboards — Score tracking stored in your browser

The Service is provided free of charge. No registration or account creation is required.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The Service is available to users of all ages. Since we do not collect personal information or require account creation, there are no age restrictions for using the Service.

Children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) should use the Service under parental guidance. Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's online activities.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

Mazes generated through the Service are considered outputs of our algorithms based on randomized parameters. We grant you a Creative Commons Zero (CC0) license for any mazes you generate, meaning:

• You may freely use, share, modify, and distribute generated mazes
• You may use them for personal, educational, or commercial purposes
• No attribution to AI Maze Generator is required (though appreciated)
• This applies to both on-screen mazes and PDF exports

4.3 Open Source

AI Maze Generator's source code is available on GitHub. Use of the source code is subject to the license specified in the repository.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Since all game data is stored locally in your browser, no server-side data deletion is necessary.
